Results from surveys show that apartments are tremendously clean upon move-in. The noise and drama from neighbors are extremely low to non-existent. Security Deposits are refunded within 30 days and past residents believe the amount refunded was fair. Residents also think the rental amount was/is reasonable and a good value.
